Auxo - The Best Cydia Tweak Of 2012

The way multitasking should be done on iOS
So this new cydia tweak called Auxo dropped a few days ago and originally only supported jailbroken iOS 6 devices, now the tweak supports iOS 5 too, so I thought I would take a look. Those of you that have been following me for a while know that my favourite cydia tweak was one called switchy, another tweak aimed at enhancing the dull and boring iOS app switcher, but I must admit that Auxo seems to have outdone that tweak and is now my favourite one of 2012! The app icons are a beautiful blend of icons and app preview, with intuitive gestures like slide to dismiss an app. The music controls look sleek, the iOS 6 design and now includes a handy volume control. The last page features another handy brightness slider and lots of different widget toggles such as Wifi, 3G and orientation lock. Auxo also features a spot in the settings menu to change the order of the widgets and also includes tutorials of how to use Auxo. Overall, the tweak is sleek and sophisticated and well worth the $1.99 price-tag.

  1. Been using this for just over a week now it's amazing. I'm sure Apple will eventually release something similar to this when updating multitasking in future iOS versions.
