Top 5 Expected iPhone 5S Features

So we are still nervously anticipating the launch of new Apple products set for September 10, so I wanted to collect together the top 5 most likely improvements Apple will make to the next gen devices.  According to leaked specs the iPhone 5S will finally sport a NFC chip, a bigger battery than its predecessor, to the delight of many people, a fingerprint reader, a 4inch 1136 x 640 resolution display and a new 12 megapixel camera with dual LED flash. It will also allegedly have a huge 2GB of RAM, a quad-core SGX 554MP4 GPU and the all new Apple A6 processor with improved LTE capability. Let's break this down to the top 5 specs.

1) Fingerprint scanner located in the home button. Lots of report with growing interest are saying that this is going to be the new Apple pioneering mobile feature, and if this is true then it will change everything we currently do and know about mobile security.

2) Storage size.  Additional rumours are pointing towards an upgrade to the present max capacity of 64GB in current generation iPhones to a huge 128GB blowing all it's competitors out of the water.

3) 12 Megapixel Backside Camera.  Well it isn't exactly rocket science to predict that one of the things getting a nice upgrade will be the camera. At the moment, the rumour mill says it is more than likely going to be a 12 megapixel sensor and leaked images have pointed towards a dual LED flash, enabling pictures in very low light conditions.

4) Screen.  There seems to be two conflicting reports on this topic, as the leaked specs show the same screen we saw launch with the iPhone 5, whereas other reports seem to show that Apple will overhaul the screen completely and used different technology such as OLED.

5) Better Processor. With each new iPhone we see a new generation of Apple processors and this year will be no different. The 5S will undoubtedly rock the A6 chip with advancements made to the RAM and GPU too for graphically intense games.

So there we have it, the top 5 most likely upgrades to the iPhone 5S according to the interwebs. I deliberately didn't include the NFC chip just because I still see this as a very gimmicky feature and we all know if Apple were to include it, it would likely be repackaged as their idea.
